Today Stacie bought in fruit to teach us ‘how to make fruit kebabs.’ She explained each step and we then had a go at making them ourselves. Thanks Stacie YUM YUM!!!
On Monday, a group of talented chefs went on a culinary journey to Japan making sushi and Okonomiyaki.
The finished products looked amazing and tasted even better. I understand we had an amazing sushi roller and some great skills demonstrated with chop sticks!!

Today some students from POD 2 visited our Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden to select some fresh produce and then headed to the kitchen.
Working together they created a lovely lunch – Baked Semolina with napoli sauce and a lovely fresh garden salad with lemon and mustard dressing.
